The Colorado Campground & Lodging Owners Association is pleased to launch our new logos and brand color schemes! This has been on the wish list of many members for a very very long time.
The association is as strong as its combined support from members. The more you do with and for the organization, the more it can do for the outdoor hospitality industry. We hope you will not only read the rest of this but that you’ll embrace the message!
CCLOA asks you to use our logos properly. Please use the logo of our trade association when referencing your membership with our professional organization, and use our Camp Colorado logo when you’re talking to the public about how they can find out a lot more about camping in our glorious state.
PROFESSIONAL TRADE ASSOCIATION Those who use this logo must be members of or partners with CCLOA. The color scheme is outlined in this PDF and must be adhered. The two-color edition can be black and white, but it can also be green and white, red and white, or almost any other color and white. For example, if you are putting the logo on a black t-shirt, you’ll likely want something other than black and white.
Where might you use the CCLOA logo? Use these when referencing your professional relationship with us. Staff will likely use this logo more than members, so you’ll be seeing it more than using it.
While I have your attention, please Like and Follow our association’s Facebook page.
TOOLS FOR THE CAMPING PUBLIC Camp Colorado is CCLOA’s product line through which we promote camping in Colorado to the general public. This is a product line most of our members have truly embraced because while we’re globally promoting camping in Colorado we’re doing so with our members in the spotlight.
Presently the product line includes the printed Camp Colorado Guide, the online directory, and many social media sites that promote camping in Colorado.

Where might you use the Camp Colorado logo and links? Use these when talking to your guests about camping in Colorado. Such as:
- Many members place links to our Camp Colorado website on their own website and in e-correspondences with their guests, with a note encouraging their guests to consider these other Colorado campgrounds as they travel to or from their park.
- Some of our members place our Camp Colorado logo on their site maps.
- We would love for you to post on social media about us, as well. It might help your fellow members as your guests travel to and from your place.
- Share our blog posts with your social media audience, and if certain ones really strike a note with you, you might want to add a link from your website to that blog post. We’ll be adding many more blog posts in 2020.
- Like and Follow us on social media pages, and share those links on your social media pages.
By the way, a PDF of the printed guide can be downloaded after you display it by clicking here. Some of our members attach the PDF (or a link to it) to emails they exchange with guests (such as reservation confirmation emails).
CCLOA plans to create some retail inventory that will show our new Camp Colorado logo. This will help spread brand awareness and recognition, drawing more traffic to our website. The overall goal is always to plant the idea of camping in Colorado … using our members as the prime examples of places to camp.
QUESTIONS? If you have any questions about how, where and why to use our logos, just reach out to our office.
REQUEST: If you happen to see our logo in use by our office, please let us know so we can replace it with the new logo.
We announced the news in a press release. Woodalls Campground Management was the first to release it.
